Karim Zulfikar brings over 18 years of experience across architecture, landscape design, and urban planning. As a seasoned business leader, he has played a key role in shaping and delivering complex development and landscape projects, guided by a strategic and client-focused approach. His expertise spans landscape design and construction, project feasibility studies, cost estimation, and integrated project and construction management. Through his entrepreneurial leadership, he has contributed to the company’s sustained growth and its reputation for delivering high-quality, thoughtfully designed built-environment solutions. Karim holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from 6th of October University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), reflecting his structured and analytical approach to project delivery. Under his leadership, Zulfikar Ltd continues to expand its portfolio across the region, driven by innovation, collaboration, and design excellence.
