Karim’s expertise spans landscape design and construction, project feasibility studies, cost estimation, and integrated project and construction management. His entrepreneurial leadership has supported the company’s sustained growth and its reputation for delivering thoughtful, high-quality built-environment solutions.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from 6th of October University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), reinforcing his analytical approach and structured project delivery methodology.
